If people do Kanai's Stomping Ground, they cannot spend this time to do a cow level or a goblin vault. People cannot do all of these events at the same time. In case you're concerned about that people will farm it over and over, the game already has the cow level and goblin vault. Give it a reason to come back to or don't make similar events at all as it leaves people with an empty feeling. Isn't this the opposite of what you wanted?Īll I'd like to say is that for similar events in the future, it's a win-win situation for everybody in the long term if these types of events would be meaningful in the long term gameplay wise. Wouldn't it be more memorable if the event of remembering someone deer to your hearts had a more engaging and unique added gameplay value? I think for most people the Stomping Ground is a one time only instance that will be forgotten very soon. The Stomping Ground has only a few cows, nothing else. It is a watered down version of the existing cow level that has chests and pools of experience and events and loot. However in the current implementation Kanai's Stomping Ground, it feels a bit lackluster in terms of added gameplay value.

I think it's great seeing the D3 team remembering him.

I understand honoring Kevin Kanai is something that means a lot to the D3 team. I waited a few moments, and blinked my eyes a couple of times. Last updated at 14:00:17 UTC Weekly Help Desk RAGE Loot Thread Trade ThreadĪfter I cleared the level and seeing the portal and getting ported back to the throne room, I thought the throne would explode in a Diablo fashioned manner full of loot (legendaries included) just like Heroes of the Storm's Battlefield of Eternity when a team's core gets destroyed, but this time the loot could be potentially useful.
